Raid time Problems

As I have noted that the Raid time is 21:30. My problem is that most of my work hours finish at that time(21:30) and it take me 30/45mins to reach home. Is there anyway to up the time to say 22:00? It is for this reason, for me, to answer to the calender Raid schedule as Tentative.
If not, well will have to make it some how or the other(by hook or crock).

Monday we had a hard time-limit of 23:30 when we had to stop, so pushing back start time then (and most weeknights) is pretty tough. Weekends seems like a better choice to try for a later start...

That said, it seems like we have enough folks in the guild to consider scheduling additional 10-mans, maybe even 10 man ICC for those who don't get into the 'progression' raid often enough. I'm betting that Kakari/Inoe are not going to be really excited about organizing those, but that doesn't mean that someone else couldn't...

Well Weekends are much easier for me as I don't have any work scheduled for awhile so anytime is good. As I said I will try and make it by hook or crook. Thank anyway.

As of right now Kakari, Ren and myself are working on organizing and scheduling a second 10man ICC team, but its taking a bit of time to figure out who to fill up the raids with. Most likely we might have to recruit a new full time tank and a new full time healer, if we don't want the second team to be filled with alts, and most people wont want to commit the extra time of having to raid ICC twice. So, we're definitely working on that, and it is quite possible Nos that the second ICC team could start at a later time so you can hopefully raid and not have work make you miss them. We'll keep you guys updated!
