The Guild:
DI is meant to be a supportive group that enjoy playing together. While we all want more epic loot, actually having fun playing is a bigger goal. Part of that fun is making progress together, learning new fights, and getting further into raids - so yea, we want to be good too.

We are not a "hardcore" raid guild, and membership is open to all play styles. However, raiding is a focus. You certainly don't need to raid to be in the guild, and if you want to raid with us we don't expect you to be perfect, but we do expect you to know the basics, to be willing to learn (and ask), and keep up-to-date on your chosen class/spec/gear choices. We are lucky to have several very experienced players with many 80s each, so within the guild you can probably find opinions on most WoW things, sometimes even useful opinions.

We have just started some PvP nights, and when Rated Battlegrounds come out in Cataclysm we are looking forward to guild BGs. And of course, Era likes to keep Horde AH's closed.
